Old Business
Welcome to new member Steve Weisz
Kit will meet with town accountant regarding 2015 funds
Ben Grosscup Concert Sept. 27, 7 p.m.
-Susan and Emma will attend and provide refreshments
Potluck presentation idea
-No September potluck, so this is tabled for now
Knox Gallery
-Grosscup concert is same night as an opening—Knox will adjust
the opening time so that both can happen without conflicting
-Monterey Police Dept. wishes to be informed when an event (or especially double events) are occurring
Studio Tour
-Wendy to oversee
-Place ad in Monterey News for makers/crafters who wish to
participate
-Need volunteers to place signs, etc.
New Business
Wendy Jensen will be stepping down as chair at the end of January
Fall grant cycle (deadline Oct. 15)
-Wendy to ask Pat to place ads
-David Micklewright to make posters
-Need to know how much money we have to spend ($3,000 from
town, plus additional funds from the state)
-Extra meetings in October and November to review proposals:
